Hi everyone! Welcome to Pink by Design's second challenge! We had 30 submissions for our first-ever challenge, which was to use sentiments as a background. Wow!! You posted some beautiful cards!! We were all in love with your creations, but we can only have one Top "Spot" in the challenge. So without further adieu I am excited to announce that the winner of the first-ever Ink it Pink challenge is …
Congratulations, Annette. I promise you all, she didn't win because she shares my first name! LOL! We love how she used different colors and oriented the words in different directions. Annette, please grab the Top Spot badge at the right. You also won two stamp sets and a $10 gift card to Pink by Design. To claim your prize, e-mail Sarah Hamer at email@example.com.
Our runner up is …
Congratulations, Jennifer. Feel free to grab your "I was Inked in Pink" badge at the right of the Ink it Pink site.
Aren't those cards lovely!?! We would love to see one of your cards up there. This week, make a masculine card or project. With Father's Day just around the corner, we know you'll be needing some cards for that special dad.
Remember to grab the Ink it Pink badge and display it on your blog to qualify. The keyword for this challenge is PbD02. If you are linking to an online gallery like Splitcoast Stampers, please also use the key word pinkbydesign so your card can be easily found.
For a little inspiration, I made this Father's Day card. My husband is a total gadget guy, so I used the computer and thumb drive from the LOL set. The sentiment is from the Gigabyte set. Good luck. Link your submissions to the Inlinkz page by next Tuesday at noon Central time.
The prize this week is a $10 gift certificate to the Pink by Design store.
