Non-Traditional Holiday Colors ChallengePosted by Elizabeth Currie-Matsko on Dec 10, 2012 in Pink by Design Stamps | 7 comments
Hi everyone! We hope you are enjoying our new challenges here at Pink By Design. Next Sunday on December 16, we will announce here on the blog the winners from the past few weeks. So after following along this week with our challenge and tips, check back Sunday to see if you are one our winners from the past few weeks. It will be a Super Sunday Winner Day.
This week we are challenging you to create a project using Non-Traditional Holiday Colors. Think beyond just red and green. Let's see turquoise, pink, purple, and more. We want to see it! Remember it does not have to use Pink By Design Stamps (but we'd love it if you rocked them). Here is some creativity to start the party. The prize this week is $10 to Pink By Design Store to buy some goodies. You have until Saturday December 15 at 11:59pm CST to link up.
Candace at Scrappin 2 Little Princesses. Candace used Pink By Design Old Time Christmas .
Julie at A Little Bit of Bling used Pink By Design Everyday Banners and Scripted Year.
Sabrina at Honor Roll used Pink By Design Fresh Goodies.
Elizabeth at 217 Creations used Pink By Design Merry Be Your Days.
This week we have a Guest Designer joining us here at Pink By Design. Her name is Melissa Andrew.
Hi ya! I'm Melissa, a 36 year old wife and mother of two girls. I currently live in Portland, OR and work as a research scientist. I love paper crafting and specifically my Copic Markers. Luckily, my sweet hubby supports my crafting habits and has helped me design a tiny piece of heaven called my "Crafty Area"! I currently teach Copic classes with partner Kristy Dalman at Created from Color. My blog is Melissa Made where I share a number of projects. I'm so excited to be part of the Pink By Design team for the next week!
Here is Melissa's project. She used Pink By Design Goodie Labels.
Now that you have some inspiration, make those projects and link 'em up! Have a great day and we will see you back on Wednesday with lots of tips and tricks to coloring those image stamps. You won't want to miss it.
