Friday Funday

Happy Friday!  We made it through another week–why are the short weeks harder than the full 5 days. I have a super simple card today.  How many of you have spent time sitting at your craft station waiting for inspiration to hit.  Well sometimes that comes in the form of keeping it simple. I simply took a large circle punch and chomped out the corner of the card and used the LET’S TALK set (which I love) and stamped right on the inside of the card–a card like this comes in real handy when you have no time and need a card...

The “Loose Tooth Saga” continued

Hi Everyone! This is Rebekah from Crafty Teacher Mom and last week I was telling you all about my son’s 1st loose tooth.  Well, yesterday it came out all on his own!  We were all very excited and I wanted to make sure it was super special.  I showed you the tooth pillow and the “note to the Tooth Fairy” last week.  This week I am going to share with you a simple way to keep up with all the details of lost teeth and making it special for your kiddo all at the same time! I used the “Tooth Fairy” set again to...

Teacher Appreciation Tags

Happy Saturday, everyone!  This is Lisa from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  I have some teacher appreciation tags that I created to share with you today.  I think they will be great to have on hand all year to send little treats to the teacher as the year goes.  It will be nice to show my youngest daughter’s teacher that she’s appreciated all year round, I think.  Anyway, here they are:   All of the sentiments for these tags came from the new Pink by Design Half Pint: Love My Teacher.  I also used lots of Pretty Paper,...

A Loose Tooth!!

Happy Hump Day!! We have some excitement here in our house!  My 5 year old has his first loose tooth and it’s all the conversation has been about.  He isn’t thrilled that it’s going to fall out and I have been trying everything in my power to get him to eat something other than oatmeal, LOL!!  I decided I might get him a little more excited if I created something to put his tooth into when it finally comes out!  The last few months, I have been teaching myself how to sew and came up with this little pillow all on my own ...

Guitar Birthday Card

TGIF, everyone!  This is Lisa from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons, and I want to share this fun card I created for my brother-in-law’s birthday.  He loves winding down after work by playing his guitar, so I thought this would be perfect for him. I got this Happy Birthday sentiment from Pink by Design’s Age is Only a Number stamp set.  The guitar and the guitar pick (card base) are from the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Rock On Cutting Files set. Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Remember that you still have a little time...
